choice.
Content analysis:
Content analysis is a research method for studying documents
and communication artefacts, which might be texts of various formats, pictures,
audio or video.
Narrative analysis:
Narratives or stories occur when one or more speakers engage
in sharing and recounting an experience or event. Typically, the telling of a story occupies
multiple turns in the course of a conversation and stories or narratives may
share common structural features.

Reception study is a version of reader response literary
theory that emphasizes each particular reader's reception or interpretation in
making meaning from a literary text.
